marisa & bob at franklin terrace, troy, ny
We had to dodge a few raindrops last Saturday, but luckily, we were still able to get some great outdoor photos of Marisa & Bob. You might recall seeing their engagement photos a few posts back–we had a great shoot last fall, so I was pretty confident that their wedding day would be a great one! (Yup, I was right on that!) The uniqueness of each couple, their friends and families, and the locations we shoot in makes this a great business to be in, and the things that stand out to me after each wedding vary with every event. I’m always amazed that all of our brides are so beautiful on their wedding day, but Marisa definitely takes this to a new level; in this case, too, we also had five of the cutest flower girls and ring bearers that you’ll ever see.
We’ve worked at Franklin Plaza (also in Troy) many times over the years, but this was our first wedding at their other location, Franklin Terrace–let me just say that Michael Cocca’s standards for service, atmosphere, and of course, the food, were in full evidence here, just as they always are at the Plaza. Vinny from Cool Cat Entertainment kept the dance floor a very busy place, and did his usual great job.
All in all, another really fun and beautiful wedding is in the books–I hope you enjoy this selection of photos from Marisa & Bob’s big day.

You'll have to check with Sophia's mom to find out if she's always as angelic as she looks here!

Bob's two younger brothers were great guys, too, and I'll just say that Grady has a truly unique sense of humor for an 11-year-old!

A beautiful moment at each and every wedding...

They don't build churches like St. Joseph's in Troy any more!

I love this one! It was hot, and we were tired, but Marisa & Bob made everything work.

I've been trying to think of captions for these photos, and here's another that simply speaks for itself. I guess that's really the point...isn't it?

This one just might be my favorite from the day.
